FAQ

Frequently asked questions about WEIERNA PIANO

What customers ask most about choosing a piano, our craftsmanship, delivery and after-sales care.

Which products does WEIERNA PIANO offer?

WEIERNA PIANO offers two core product families: upright pianos and grand pianos. The upright family suits homes, teaching studios and rooms where space is limited; the grand family delivers a fuller tone and more responsive touch for concert halls, recording studios and serious practice. Each family is available in multiple sizes and cabinet finishes.

What defines WEIERNA PIANO craftsmanship?

We combine traditional piano making with modern precision machining: solid spruce soundboards are naturally seasoned for stable resonance; the scale design and soundboard are voiced for each instrument; actions use selected wooden parts and are regulated piano by piano. Every piano passes multiple rounds of tuning, voicing and inspection before leaving the workshop.

How do I choose the right piano?

Start with your space, playing goals and budget. For limited space or early study, a mid-height upright offers excellent value; for committed progress and a larger room, a grand piano is worth considering. We recommend visiting our showroom to compare tone and touch, and our advisors will suggest options based on your room conditions.

How are tone and touch guaranteed?

Every piano is fully regulated, voiced and tuned to standard pitch before delivery. After installation we recommend an on-site tuning so the piano settles into its new environment. Keeping stable temperature and humidity, with regular tuning and care, preserves the instrument's touch and tone for years.

Do you provide delivery, installation and after-sales service?

We provide professional door-to-door delivery and placement, with an initial inspection and adjustment on arrival. Every piano carries a full-instrument warranty with repair support during the warranty period, and we offer scheduled tuning, maintenance and genuine parts to keep your piano at its best.
